What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling

  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)


How to Request a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit (if applicable)


Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage

  • Items must not be returned without prior approval
