Refund & Return Policy
At Show It With Style, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed, produced, or shipped.
- If your order is canceled before processing or shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed, produced, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- be returned in its original packaging
- include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt
Please note that returns must be approved in advance.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@showitwithstyle.com and include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong item, size, or color
- entering an incorrect shipping address
- refusing delivery without cause
the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Seller Error or Product Issue
If the return is due to our error, such as:
- wrong item sent
- item damaged upon arrival
- defective product
we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable return solution.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Partial Refunds or Denied Refunds
A refund may be partially granted or denied if the returned item:
- shows signs of use
- is not in its original condition
- is missing parts or packaging
- is returned for reasons not caused by our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Refused Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal of delivery
- an unclaimed package
we may issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees, if applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Address
Please do not return your item without contacting us first.
Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
After your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions via email.
